Helen Caddis, 47, was attempting to gain access to the upstairs window of a friend's house in west Hull when she lost her footing and tumbled backwards. The dramatic video , filmed by neighbour Jane Thompson from her living room, shows her flip backwards over a bin, landing painfully on her back. Ms Caddis was fortunately unhurt, although she sustained grazes to her arms and a "bruised backside", Hull Live reports .
