This is the 1964 Chrysler Marsh Amphibian built by the Chrysler Defense Engineering division of the country. 10 were built on an experimental contract with the US government and one still exists. Using the twin screws driven by the engine, these things handled muck, water, marshland and other tough terrain. Problem is that the thing was bad in sand and bad on hard ground which tended to damage the screws, harming propulsion. The payload capacity was a half ton of men or supplies. Interestingly it steered air a wheel and not two levers. The Amphibian could move at full speed laterally as well as front and back! I want to drive one, bad.
