The Hybrid Pharaoh? These images display statues of the Great Akhenaten. This great king ruled Egypt 1374 years before Christ, and was famous for being the father of King Tutankhamen, and the first one to eliminate Polytheism in Egypt. Akhenaten wanted his people to worship only the sun god Aten, which of course created lots of controversy around Egypt. A rebellious King who many described as very odd looking, a king who said he came from the sun, or from the stars. As we see in the statues of his image, Akhenaten had a elongated skull, which many Kong’s and queens did as it made them look like “their gods”. He also had a very slim body, with long arms and legs. Scholars were baffled by the look of this mysterious king, when the Mummy’s DNA was tested, scientists discovered unidentifiable cells on his DNA.
