The grisly video, although undated, appears to be located primarily in Anbar Province in Iraq. Iraqi soldiers, officers and government officials are among those slaughtered in the footage, which shows ISIS fighters beheading and shooting their victims. In one clip an Iraqi soldier dressed in civilian clothing begs for his life, while another shows an Iraqi government vehicle exploding after running over a roadside bomb during fighting in the province.
