The last ride of one of the worlds most notorious couples, Bonnie & Clyde. On the morning of May 23, 1934, the couple, blinded by love, would see the end of their road. After dozens or so bank robberies, smaller robberies and several killings together with their gang, the law could finally put an end to the couple's criminal journey. In Bienville Parish, Lousiana, a posse of four Texas officers managed to ambush their car. A truck had been planted on the road to distract Barrow and force him into the lane closer to the posse which were concealed in the bushes. When the car came in their sight, all four members opened fire, emptying their weapons with a combined total of 130 rounds. Barrow was hit in the head and died instantly, reports say that they could hear Parker scream loudly just before everyone continued to fire at her until their guns were empty.
