Dramatic video shows LA woman fleeing homeless intruder A woman was sent into hiding on the roof of her two-floor home after a transient man broke inside Wednesday. Melora Rivera crawled through a window and called 911 with her cellphone. Wearing only a flannel she was sleeping in, Rivera hid under an eave to escape the man, KTLA reported. Photos on the scene show Rivera crouched under the eave with the man, identified as Christian Hicks, 29, on the other side of the roof. “He managed to break one of these panels and reach in to unlock the door,” Rivera told CBS LA. “Once I saw him in the house, I knew that we both couldn’t be there.
