In our society and most countries across the globe, abusing a woman is an act that is deeply frowned upon, it is even more serious if the victim is an elderly person.
On this day, july 27, A man has been given a taste of his own medicine after he was caught on camera flogging and kicking an elderly woman, in a horrific attack that is rapidly going viral.
In the video of the attack, the man is seen using a long stick to flog the elderly woman gruesomely.
He then went ahead to push her to the ground, hits her multiple times with his fists, and kicks her on the belly.
Neighbours could be seen begging him to stop and one tries to pull him off the woman, However, he keeps going back to attack her
The man has been identified as Sunday Maduegbunam Kosisochukwu from Ogidi in Anambra state.
Sunday’s luck ran out when he was confronted by youth in the community after the video of him beating the elderly woman went viral.
They asked him if the video was doctored and he admitted he’s the one in the video and it wasn’t doctored.
He was said to be given 100 strokes of cane which was the tradition of the community as punishment for anyone who commits such crime against an elderly person.
According to reports made available to Toktok9ja Exclusive, the victim is nursing wounds in the hospital and he has learned his lessons the hard way.
