The Little Girl Murderer of Japan

The Little Girl Murderer of Japan
The Little Girl Murderer of Japan. Also known as the Otaku Murderer because of his obsession with Japanese animated series and graphic novels, Miyazaki was found to have at least two personality disorders by court psychiatrists. He was still found fit to stand trial however, as they concluded that he still knew right from wrong, although his actions suggest the contrary. He was an alienated and isolated child due to a birth deformity that made him unable to bend his wrists upward. Miyazaki was simultaneously unable to connect with his peers, his sisters, or his parents. He only found affection from his grandfather and when he died, Miyazaki ate some of his ashes in order to "feel something". He sent postcards to more victims than that mentioned in the video, and wrote out his messages using cut out words from magazines. And his silent calls to their houses would persist, ringing for up to 20 minutes until they were finally worn down and answered. There is no question as to whether Miyazaki was disturbed. Not only did he attribute the murders to another personality he called Rat Man, who he said would scream whenever another girl was killed, but he also spent time during his trial sketching him. He claimed his killing was an act of kindness, but was otherwise cold and uninterested in the trial or his crimes. Do you think he was born a killer or became one?
