'I don't do this for vanity': Plastic surgery addict who has spent over £500K on 200 operations - including having six RIBS removed and her jaw broken - defends her obsession A self-confessed plastic surgery addict has had more than 200 operations as part of her quest to look like a living cartoon. Pixee Fox, 27, from North Carolina, has spent more than £500,000 on operations, including having her jaw broken, six ribs removed, changing her eye colour, four breast augmentations, liposuction, labiaplasty and a brow and bottom lift. She's hoping to launch her own comic book series - starring herself as the crime-fighting protagonist. Pixee appeared on ITV's This Morning on Monday to defend her obsession with surgery, claiming she used to be against it until she developed a 'passion' and resolved to become a pioneer in the field. 'I don’t do this for vanity,' she said on the show. 'I am a pioneer, I am pushing the beauty industry forwards.' Pixee explained that her reasons for the extreme surgery stemmed from a vision she had as child that she now wants to make a reality. 'I knew from the beginning I wanted a lot [of surgery] done. It was a process for me to go to that extreme,' she told presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby. Pixee most recently visited Seoul, Korea to get jaw surgery - and after it was broken and reset she was left unable to speak or eat for a week while she recovered. She also explained that she had visited India to have the colour of her eyes changed to bright blue, in an extremely dangerous and 'intense' surgery that is not available in the US or the UK. Pixee entered the This Morning studio wearing a black corset which cinches in her minute 16-inch waist and acts as her 'external rib cage' She reassured the worried presenters that she can remove it, despite reports suggesting that her spine would collapse: 'My health is not an issue. I could take it off.' But Pixee, who claims that her family are happy with how she looks, revealed she is hoping to shrink her waist even further to beat a world record, which currently sits at 15 inches. 'For me this is an extreme sport. It is not for everyone, not everyone would do it.' She is planning even more extreme surgery, which she teased on the daytime show to Phil and Holly's horror. 'I am going to have a procedure that I invented with a plastic surgeon in LA. It's from the neck up. Just you wait until you see it, it will explode' she said. But it was all too much for the worried presenters, who pleaded with Pixee to be careful.
