A couple having sex on the back seat of their car had an unfortunate interruption when a group of thugs carjacked them and dumped them naked in the street. The steamy late night session gone wrong was captured on CCTV in Brazil on August 17 when the car was parked on a quiet street.

Three shadowy figures can be seen approaching the car from the rear on what appears to be a well-lit road. They force open the car doors, with one of the crooks getting behind the wheel while another gets in on the passenger side.

A desperate arm reaches out from inside the car to try to pull the door closed in vain and keep the robbers out. Suddenly a shocked couple spring from passenger door of the car and out into the night air completely naked. As the third carjacker gets into the passenger seat they just vacated, he thoughtfully tosses the embarrassed pair some items of clothing. As the stolen car drives away, the forlorn lovers appear to each be clutching enough clothing to put on and cover themselves partially. They hastily help each other get dressed to avoid further embarrassment and are left to ponder what to do next. The incident took place in somewhere in Brazil on 17 August, according to the footage timestamp, with the images surfacing online on social media yesterday, on Thursday, 1st September. It is currently unclear if the criminals were apprehended or if the victims, whose identities remain unknown, have filed a complaint with the authorities. The couple might consider themselves lucky they were not harmed as Brazil has the seventh-highest crime rate in the world with exceptionally high levels of violent crime, according to World Twenty three people were murdered for every 100,000 people in 2020, although the murder rate has seen a steep decline from 30 in 2017 Brazil's most massive problem is organised crime, which has expanded in recent years, and violence between rival groups is a common occurrence. But not all carjackers in Brazil are heartless, as a pair of carjackers apparently had a change of heart after they stole a mother's car at gunpoint this week. But they returned it a little later along with an apology note in which they claimed they had not noticed her special needs son's stroller was inside. Surveillance footage shows Rosyneide Almeida was about to park her car in the garage of her home in the southeastern city of Cariacica on Sunday when she was approached by one of the armed men. 'He told me to get out because he wanted the car,' Almeida told the Brazilian news outlet G1. The mother-of-two told the carjacker that her four-year-old son, who suffers from encephalitis, an inflammation of the brain, and nine-year-old daughter were still inside the vehicle. 'I opened the door and pulled them out, took both of them out. I was desperate,' she said. Not only was Almeida worried about recovering her car, but she also had concerns about the $3,000 stroller that had been donated to the family to accommodate her son's needs. Friends and family helped Almeida with a social media drive to recover the car, which was eventually left on a street and found Tuesday by an acquaintance. The stolen vehicle had a full tank of gas and a handwritten apologetic card. The note, written in Portuguese, read: 'Crime asks for forgiveness, at the time of the (robbery), it was not possible to see the child's problem. The car is being returned. Tank is full!!!' The Cariacica civil police's vehicle theft and robbery unit returned the stroller to Almeida, but kept the car as it is awaiting to conclude parts of its initial investigation before releasing it to her.
